The most romantic thing EVER!

My hubby, who is the least romantic guy in the world, just did the most romantic thing ever!!! As I was yelling at my laptop yet again, and gave up all pissed off and went and did dishes instead of working because I was so frustrated... hubby told me he was going to Blockbuster to pick up a movie that he's been wanting to see that isn't on inDemand or avail. in the Redbox machine. I didn't think anything of it, just told him that as tired as he was that he would probably just get it in by the time he got home and fall asleep! 

It took him forever and we talked on the phone about the movie and where he could find it in Blockbuster, etc... totally had me fooled! He came home with a beautiful new iMac - even though he thinks it's totally impractical and that he should have his engineer at work build me a PC for $600!!! It's probably the most romantic thing he's ever done for me...even better than the necklace that he got me from Tiffanys for my birthday / anniversary this year!!!

I am so happy and everything is so bright and vivid and wow - the colors!!! Now I just have to get Parallels installed so that I can run my PC programs as well.

New Virtual Assistant Website Launched Today!

Hello, everyone!  As part of my overall, putting my best foot forward, I have created a new business model for my virtual assistant business that specializes in real estate support services.  Please take a minute to check it out today and let me know what you think.  I am trying to decide how much information to give away without forcing potential clients to contact me, because while I want to make it as easy for the potential clients as possible, I also don't want to make it any easier for the website pirates out there to copy the idea...although I'm sure they will anyway :-)

I definitely want to be very clear in showing the potential clients the great deal of value they can receive just from partnering with me for real estate virtual assistant services for 10 hours per month.  That's my new "thing", being The 10 Hour VA...I hope it is a success, I am going to continue working really hard until I realize this dream.

6 Figures as a Virtual Assistant...Is it possible?

I have been a Virtual Assistant since March of 2000, and even though I have always had clients, I really don't feel like I am making the income that I want.  I am always on the computer, researching, updating, networking and actually doing client work...but it seems like if you took the billable time out...I'd be making peanuts per hour.  I was making a really great income before I started this business, and although the income from it has allowed me to still have all the necessities...I am longing for some of the old extras that I used to have, like a Savings Account, investment account, late model car, etc...

So, I have been speaking with a couple of my mentors lately, asking them if they think that the income I desire is possible as a Virtual Office Assistant. They tell me it is.  On of them says she has made a 6 figure income for the last several years, and another also tells me that she makes a 6 figure income. 

It's possible.  I am going to keep studying and working towards the goal...and within 2 years, I will be there...I hope. 

What do you think?  Can a Virtual Assistant really make a 6 figure income?

Summer Ramp Up!

I don't know about most people...I guess they thing of January 1st as the time to set goals and get organized, but for me, it's summer.  When I'm not on the road driving the kids to and from school and dealing with all the projects and homework and fieldtrips, I am left with a much clearer mind to focus on my business.

This summer, I want to breathe some new life into my eRealtyNetwork.org website and actually generate members.  I also need to build my eRealtyAssistance.com website. Other than that, I just want to buckle down, reorganize and focus on getting stuff done.  I am looking forward to listening to self improvement books from Audible.com on my MP3 player and improving my search engine positioning for all my websites by studying the newest in SEO techniques.

Virtual Assistant by day...

Hello.  I am a Virtual Assistant, also known to some as a Virtual Office Assistant, or in my case (my specialty)...a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.  My main Virtual Assistant website is ChrisTech.net; however, I will be building a new website this year to really showcase my specialty and business name change over at eRealtyAssistance.com (which now simply forwards to ChrisTech.net).
